Description: Our Big Bear Espresso Blend is our darkest espresso blend. This is a very darkly roasted espresso in the style that is unique to Rome. Because the Roman roast removes most of a coffee's acidity, it is common to serve this type of espresso with a twist of lemon, a practice that is not necessary with lighter espresso roasts. Very heavy in body and somewhat bitter, Big Bear Espresso Blend tastes like dark chocolate and burnt caramel.
